"Elliot was extremely thoughtful and a phenomenal host. Leading up to the event he was communicative and easy to work with. During the cooking class, we had a wonderful experience. He taught the attendees new techniques, introduced complex equipment in an approachable way, and we had a delicious meal. He went above and beyond to create a welcoming experience with his favorite wines, a beautiful charcuterie board, and he shared his favorite spots (restaurants, shopping, etc) in Lyon. Throughout the day, he accommodated different skill sets and dietary restrictions. We all had a lovely time getting to know one another throughout over the 3+ hour activity. I was pleasantly surprised and would take another class with him again!"

The environment was nice, the conversation was fun, and he even gave us a list of restaurants to try while we were in Lyon.
