What Travelers Say

5/5 from 5 verified GetYourGuide travelers

"We had a “beyond amazing“ cooking day with Pascal. We met him at the market, bought fresh fish, veggies and cheese. Walked back to his beautiful restaurant and began food prep. We cook a lot at home, so we were afraid it might be too elementary. We learned lots, made a fantastic lunch, then enjoyed eating it at a wonderful table in his restaurant. Finished off with crème brûlée we’d made, and one last glass of wine. Not sure how we could have enjoyed our time more! Highly recommend!"

"My wife and I were lucky to have one to one cooking lessons with a wonderful chef. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and very entertaining. Being able to shop with him at the nearby market sourcing the freshest of provenical produce, then creating an authentic provenical three course meal in the restaurant kitchen was an invaluable experience. Thank you to the Chef, his wife and staff for unforgettable experience and the creation of many happy memories. Merci beaucoup!!"

"Chef Pascal was great to work with. We learned new techniques and had fun cooking. He shared stories and insights about cooking and Avignon. The meal turned out well and we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality. I would recommend this activity."

"I can highly recommend doing this course to you everything was 5 star…. the setting, the produce, the equipment and Chef Pascal was excellent. We prepared a technically difficult 3 course gourmet meal hence we learned and attempted the culinary skills needed to execute this. We then enjoyed a wine tasting and finally sat down around a beautiful table and enjoyed all the food we had prepared and plated along with some delicious wine and champagne. In all a it was a stunning day !!!!!"
